This 2 day program will introduce you to the exciting world of Dental Digital Photography & Imaging, as well as show you how to take photos & image like a true professional! Practical, hands-on experience that will allow you to quickly & easily enjoy the benefits of Digital Photography in your practice. You will learn from leading experts in the field of Digital Photography & Imaging.

Topics include:

  • selecting a camera that's right for you
  • understanding the differences between digital cameras and traditional cameras
  • basics of positioning and framing of the subject for excellent F.A.C.E. photographic standard views
  • proper instruments & lighting for excellent intraoral shots
  • image capture, transfer, storage & resizing
  • image manipulation & enhancement
  • digital imaging for patient education & case acceptance
  • using digital images for enhanced laboratory communication & improved restorative results
  • printing, faxing & emailing images
  • developing your own "office art"
  • setting up an in-office portrait studio
  • portrait photography basics
  • marketing to attract new patients & create a loyal customer base with existing patients
  • publishing photos to your website: sizing & storage
  • developing an attractive website

Course instructors include Dr. Tony Soileau, Dr. Tom Hedge, Dr. Mike Maroon, Dr. Norman Huefner and special guest presenters. Participants are not required to bring anything except themselves. Cameras & supplies will be provided. This is a hands-on workshop good for Doctors, Team members, Lab Technicians & Dental Hygienists.
